What is the structure of Starck & Partners’ Career and Development program?
The program can be implemented in several different ways. The first way is for you as a participant to do it completely digitally with the support of only our inspiring guide who takes you between the different steps.
The most common is that you as a participant carry out our program with the support of a coach. The coach and you meet at the start, and during the journey before the coach helps you to develop your career profile before you end the process.

How long does it take to run Starck & Partner’s career and development program?
The program takes about 6-10 weeks to complete. The idea is not that this program is something you should rush through – but the program will encourage you to reflect on your professional life and your opportunities ahead and will help you create a concrete and exciting plan ahead.
